1. Acceptance of Terms

• Termination of Access: BizHub365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you breach these Terms.

5. User Content and Data Protection

• Content Ownership: You retain ownership of all content, data, and information that you upload to BizHub365 (“User Content”). By using the platform, you grant BizHub365 a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licence to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
• Data Protection: BizHub365 is committed to protecting user data and complies with the UK GDPR, Isle of Man Data Protection Act 2018, and any relevant data protection legislation applicable in the Channel Islands.
• Data Storage and Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, you acknowledge that no data transmission or storage system is completely secure, and you agree to use the platform at your own risk.

6. Fees and Payment

• Subscription Fees: Certain features of BizHub365 may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, payment terms, and billing cycles are specified on the platform.
• Changes in Fees: BizHub365 reserves the right to change subscription fees at any time, with reasonable notice provided to users.

BizHub365’s total liability to you, in aggregate, for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to BizHub365 in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizHub365, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform or any breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
